Needle Felted Fennec Fox

This adorable little guy was super fun to make. I was a little worried about keeping him standing because I wanted his legs to be much thinner, but that was kind of impossible while still holding him up. It was also pretty fun trying to make his fur patterns realistic. It's kind of hard to see in this picture, but he has some subtle coloring on his ears, head, back, tail and paws. He also has the trademark lines from his eyes to his mouth like most fennecs.
He also has a wire running from his head to his tail, so his tail is posable, and you can also bend his neck slightly. Unfortunately his tail has two pieces of wire in it because it was too short for my liking after I finished his body. I had to yank the wool off his tail and bend another piece of wire around the first to make it longer. Therefore it's an eense hard to bend it, but it's not too difficult considering the length. I'll be sad to see him go, but I definitely can't separate him from his pony family
